CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

To ensure our patients can get in for their appointments promptly and to respect the time of our providers, we do have a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. Any appointment that no-shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will automatically have a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to continuously provide the highest quality services to you and all of our patients. By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy.
